Full Yogic Breath

The "Full Yogic Breath" video is the starting point and foundational breath in Yoga. This session introduces the Full Yogic Breath, a breathing technique that integrates lower belly, ribs, and clavicular breathing. In this video I guide you step-by-step so you can develop a deeper sensation of the breath moving through your body. This practice will help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and restore physical and emotional balance. It can also help bring awareness to the body parts that require most attention and healing after childbirth.
