This call will help you get started on your journey towards taking agency over your health and wellbeing.

We talk about your current concerns and limiting barriers, and we cover ways to address these by creating an actionable plan to help you move forwards.

You will also receive accountability check-ins from me to ensure you commit to your goals without setbacks.

You can use this call to help you with one of the following:

    This session can help you awaken your body and mind to feel more alive and meet the demands of every day without crashing in the evening.

    Wake up without needing to reach for caffeine, and get through the day without depending on sugar. Unwind before bedtime without collapsing and enjoy some quality time for yourself.

  • SLEEP & REST WELL

    This session can help you access deep relaxation and rest to get through restless nights feeling refreshed the next day.

    Learn how to tune into your daily cycles to incorporate restful moments throughout the day. Reach bedtime feeling ready to unwind with ease and improve the quality of your sleep (regardless of how interrupted your nights are!)

  • TRANSFORM YOUR HABITS

    This session can help you to identify and implement the habits you need to become the person you want to be, while letting go of habits that don’t serve you.

    Build small actions every day that align with your values to create significant lasting change. Feel empowered to overcome lack of motivation and willpower and know how to manage setbacks.

  • BUILD A MOVEMENT ROUTINE

    This session can help you feel into your body to move in a way that feels good, and that works for your cyclical body. Feel excited to meet yourself every day in a different way and know how to make time for it to happen.

    Find consistency and joy in reconnecting with your body in a way that improves your health and wellbeing long-term.
