Core Activation & Stability

The Core Activation & Stability video offers a focused yoga therapy practice for post natal bodies, designed to rebuild strength in your core and stabilise your back. This session combines pelvic floor breath awareness with movements to create a strong, stable foundation for your postnatal recovery.

Starting from an all-fours position, you'll learn to connect your breath with your pelvic floor, gently activating your core muscles. The practice then progresses from lengthening one leg back to lifting it, and finally to lifting a leg and the opposite arm while balancing. These controlled, mindful movements are designed to gradually strengthen your core, improve stability, and protect your back as you regain your strength.

The Core Activation & Stability video is ideal for those who want to safely and effectively rebuild their core strength, enhance stability, and support their overall postnatal recovery. This session will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body as you continue to heal and regain your strength.
