Introducing My New collection of therapeutic yoga practices

I’m so thrilled to finally share something that’s been close to my heart—my brand new Yoga Therapy Collection is now live in the Wellness Library! I’ve been dreaming of creating these videos ever since I completed my Yoga Therapy training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. I wanted to make these nourishing and restorative practices accessible to as many mothers as possible.

Why This Collection?

In my own early postpartum days, I craved the kind of support that this collection now offers. It’s what I wish I had back then, and it’s what I’ve been sharing wholeheartedly at my local studio. Whether you’re newly postpartum or have been navigating motherhood for years, these practices are designed to help you heal, strengthen, and reconnect with your body.

What’s Inside the Collection?

  • Short & Targeted Practices: Each video is a short practice targetting a specific body part, so you can easily fit them into your day, no matter how hectic things get. The idea is to give you the flexibility to practice what you need when you need it. You can go through the entire series in order for a full session or just pick and choose based on what your body is asking for.

  • A Holistic Approach: From re-aligning your pelvis to easing back ache and toning your pelvic floor, this collection covers it all. The practices blend breath work, focused movement, and restorative poses to guide you in reconnecting with your body, releasing tension, and rebuilding strength.

Props You’ll Need:

To make the most of your practice, have a few simple props on hand:

  • A bolster, pillow, or cushion

  • A yoga block or a book

  • A couple of blankets

  • A strap or long cloth (like a scarf)

  • A chair

These props are all about ensuring you’re supported and comfortable.

The Heart Behind the Collection

I wanted these videos to feel like you’re in the room with me, just as I teach in person, so you can feel my warmth, dedication, and the deep respect and love I have for mothers. I feel like I’ve truly captured that, and I hope you enjoy these practices as much as I’ve loved creating them. Whether you’re practicing on your own or sharing them with someone you love, these videos are here to support you.

More Goodness in the Wellness Library

If you’re excited about this collection, there’s even more for you in the Wellness Library:

  • Breath Work Audios for Mothers: They’re simple, soothing, and designed to bring a bit of calm, balance and ease. The more you practise breath work, the easier it can become to feel the sensations in the body and understand how they interact with your feelings and emotions. It’s a fantastic tool to develop deeper personal awareness and connection.

  • Yoga Nidra Audios: The collections of Yoga Nidra are designed with a therapeutic approach to promote healing and invite you to experience the alignment and flow of cyclical living. I keep things natural and down-to-earth, with no fancy edits—just pure, heartfelt guidance to nourish, restore and welcome deep rest.

And don’t miss our co-created Yoga Nidra sessions every Sunday. We gather online, set a shared intention, and I weave it into the practice right there and then. It’s raw, real, and totally unscripted—just a beautiful, communal experience that leaves you feeling connected and restored. Think of it as our cosy, virtual gathering space where we can all just be.

A gift for you

As a special thank you, I’m offering a free Yoga Nidra Collection to the first five people who sign up for the Yoga Therapy Collection. It’s my way of adding an extra layer of nourishment and restoration to your journey.
