I help mothers feel less exhausted so they can create space for greater wellbeing, ease, & flow in their lives.

As mothers, we often know what we need to feel well, but exhaustion makes it hard to take action. Whether it’s exercising more or carving out time for ourselves, we’re simply too tired.

We tend to put everyone else first, and in doing so, we build up resentment, making us feel even more depleted.

And even when we find a rare moment for ourselves, guilt can creep in, or it’s inconsistent, making it hard to see the real benefits.

We’ve learned to sideline our own wellbeing, hoping things will improve or that our exhaustion will just disappear.

Acknowledging we need support can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s hard to know where to start or who to trust.

I understand the weight that comes with motherhood. You deserve to feel rested, connected, and grounded. From this place, you can welcome the things you truly desire into your life.

Health Coaching

I support mothers in reclaiming their energy and building lasting wellbeing, helping them move from depletion to creating space for greater health, ease & flow in their lives.

I offer two ways of working with me 1:1, through a three month programme or through short sessions that address a specific goal.

RECLAIM YOUR ENERGY: three areas we focus on

  • Wake up without needing to reach for caffeine, and get through the day without depending on sugar. Unwind before bedtime without collapsing and enjoy some quality time for yourself.

    What and when you eat can impact the way you manage and sustain your energy levels.

    We work together to adapt your nutrition in a way that works for you, fuelling your body so you feel less exhausted and depleted. We focus on boosting your immune system, restoring your digestion, and finding hormonal balance.

  • Feel excited to meet yourself every day in a different way and know how to make time for it to happen.

    Find consistency and joy in reconnecting with your body in a way that improves your health and wellbeing long-term.

    We work to nurture and restore vitality by building a movement routine that works for your cyclical body. With my support and accountability, you build the necessary habits and consistency to move your body in a way that feels good to you.

  • Learn how to tune into your daily cycles to incorporate restful moments throughout the day. Reach bedtime feeling ready to unwind with ease and improve the quality of your sleep (regardless of how interrupted your nights are!).

    Build small actions every day that align with your values to create significant lasting change. Feel empowered to overcome lack of motivation and willpower and know how to manage setbacks.

    We work together to help you build a practice of breath work and Yoga Nidra to restore your rhythmic cycles and invite deep rest, nourishment and restoration. We explore other tools that support your overall wellbeing, such as building confidence, boosting your creativity & being more present.

The motherhealth approach

find ease and flow with motherhealth

  • A naturopathic approach is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. This means honouring your body's natural rhythm, a foundation for genuine healing. Together, we'll celebrate your body's resilience in a way that feels empowering for you.

  • A holistic approach honours your body and mind for a profound sense of well-being. It includes:

    • whole-food nutrition to nourish your body with nutrient-rich foods;

    • mindful movement to support strength, flexibility, stability, and a deep connection with your body;

    • the creation of your own nurturing space to rediscover your rested self.

  • A gentle approach involves moving forward with less resistance, acknowledging that taking it slower can often lead to the most profound and enduring healing. Through the embrace of a gentler, more compassionate pace, we honour the essence of your motherhood experience.
